what is the best UK mobile phone tariff for calling mobiles in other countries?
I already use a cheap calls package from Alpha to call landlines abroad. However I want to know if there are any good UK mobile phone tariffs or extras that can be used to get cheaper calls to mobiles abroad, specifically to mobiles in France and Spain.

If you get a contract on O2 from the site below, you can call internationally for FREE using numbers form the site provided. The only charge will be the line rental, if any after cashback. You can get a phone where you will get totally FREE line rental and so free calls.
You use your free mins to make the calls. This really works as this is what i use for international calls.
