We purchased the videophone which allows us to keep in touch with our distant relatives,however, they need to have the videophone too in order to see you... but if u don't care to see anyone u can get the DTA adapter and still pay the 24.95 a mth. hope this helps! umm, i don’t know about free voip?? however, at– we have their VOIP and pay only $24.95 per month unlimited.
