The Tube is public transport, a place for the public, get a cab, it might even be cheaper than the Tube if theres more than two of you.

You can buy mobile signals blockers but their illegal one for your pocket is about £70 but getting it through customs not worth the risk.

Whatever happened to the phone booth. Yes, when phones were on wires it was assumed that person wanted privacy, but now everyone let’s it all hang out.

Maybe they could install those Cones of Silence, like in Get Smart.

hate mobiles.I even hate using mine.but have you noticed in the tube is only tourists and kids on an away trip that actually talk???this stiff upper lip….I hate that as much as mobiles,and the indiference!I am only talking about the tube,Not starting on our society because we be here all night!!!

really? i never knew that, but i totally agree. i just wanna relax on the tube not have people barking down the phone and mobiles ringing all the time, especially those with the dreadful ringtones!!
