		<description>Skype is only free for PC to PC, the people on the other end need to have skype too.
There are loads of packages for calls to the USA  UK with various operators. I&#039;m with blueface.ie which is best value for VOIP but you can get packages with operators over the eircom lines too. 
The problem is none of them include UK mobiles, only landlines. US mobiles are included but not UK.</description>
