		<description>In Germany, there are several different mobile networks with different codes, but for example numbers starting with 0179, 0178, 0172, 01520 are mobile numbers. Landlines start with many different numbers. I think whatever starts with 017 is probably a mobile number in Germany, I think there are also some that start with 016. I lived in Germany, but not anymore, and don&#039;t remember these things very well.
Now I live in Ireland, here it&#039;s easy, mobile numbers start with 086 or 087, everything else are landlines. 
Sorry I don&#039;t know about the other countries you mentioned.</description>
