How do you tell the difference between landlines and mobiles in any of the following countries?
Germany, Spain, Italy, the UK, The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Portugal, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, the Czech Republic and Ireland.
For example in Romania, numbers starting 07 are mobiles, and 02, 03 and 04 are landlines.

What is the question asking? I can probably answer Australia and the UK but I have no idea what you are asking?
In Germany, there are several different mobile networks with different codes, but for example numbers starting with 0179, 0178, 0172, 01520 are mobile numbers. Landlines start with many different numbers. I think whatever starts with 017 is probably a mobile number in Germany, I think there are also some that start with 016. I lived in Germany, but not anymore, and don’t remember these things very well.
Now I live in Ireland, here it’s easy, mobile numbers start with 086 or 087, everything else are landlines.
Sorry I don’t know about the other countries you mentioned.
